It’s exciting to stumble upon a brilliant new (to me) designer. There is undoubtedly something special about South African Rich Mnisi – his designs are fresh and contemporary, but infused with something unmistakably African. His clothes feel exciting and slightly avant-garde but also completely wearable.
I love the modern African aesthetic and the undercurrent of energy within his clothes. The colours, pattern clashes, styling and models all create a visual that feels very new, very now.
I am totally hooked. Feast your eyes.
